The Case 580 Super M Series 2, or 580SM Series 2, refined the power and performance of the original Super M with improved hydraulics, operator features, and efficiency. Manufactured by Case Construction Equipment in the mid-2000s, the Series 2 version represented a major leap forward in precision and reliability, delivering unmatched performance for construction, utility, and agricultural work.
At its core, the 580 Super M Series 2 is powered by a turbocharged Case 445T/M2 diesel engine, known for its strong torque, efficient fuel use, and long-term dependability. The Power Shuttle transmission enables quick directional changes, while the advanced load-sensing hydraulic system provides faster response, superior breakout force, and precise control under heavy loads.
